The only thing we have in common is we want the clothes to be cleaned.

Now I get to contend with the short people around here who are helping, and that is when my pajamas get hung up in the closet.

I'm trying hard to just let go. If the clothes are clean and put somewhere, that should be good enough for me.

I have a feeling this will be a lifelong battle for me. And one day, when the kids are grown up and there isn't much laundry to do, I will be sad. Can't win, huh?Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17374987908298288857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5231571105328335722.post-34085369964228147532009-04-27T14:29:00.000-05:002009-04-27T14:29:00.000-05:00Wait until your kids are a little older and you ha...Wait until your kids are a little older and you have to contend with them wanting to do their own laundry on YOUR designated laundry day. I miss everydayMOM! She didn't have a post this morning... I'll just check really quick and lo and behold there you were brightening my day.

Life, like laundry is always there moving forward. I've started reading a book that is helping me with the craziness.

It's called "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff and It's all Small Stuff". Little one page chapters make it easy to pick up for just a minute reminding me of things like: "Remember when you die, your inbox won't be empty" (or in our case your dirty clothes basket won't be empty!)

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the book length comment, glad you had a fun getaway and glad you're back!

Love, JennyJenny-Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17911141028866225050noreply@blogger.com
