There is no 100% way to prevent it, even the cleanest hands/face/house can pass it on.

I really hope you are feeling even better today. Being sick when pregnant is not a good time, especially when you have three other little ones to chase around. The Fritz Factshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05162992338469733361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5231571105328335722.post-65101724388905068602009-10-25T14:43:20.788-05:002009-10-25T14:43:20.788-05:00Emily, I fall into the germophobe category! While ...Emily, I fall into the germophobe category! While I do feel like the flu frenzy is being blown out of proportion, I am taking precautions. For instance, I have my entire family on vitamin D supplements. I was in for a recent blood test and found out that my vitamin D was really low. It is suppose to be a "natural" flu protection. So, get some vitamin D for yourself and the kids. Also, this is a very informative video...check it out and let me know what you think:
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/10/21/Special-Swine-Flu-Update.aspx

SuzanneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5231571105328335722.post-66754560644613910722009-10-24T20:17:27.017-05:002009-10-24T20:17:27.017-05:00Hope you are feeling better soon. Washing hands is a great defense mechanism against it...but it isn't a bacteria.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17374987908298288857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5231571105328335722.post-57032145075303140942009-10-23T10:52:02.789-05:002009-10-23T10:52:02.789-05:00Emily!!! Hopefully your immune system will kick in and you'll be back in business.

I never was a germ freak until recently too. And now the thought that my husband might not have washed his hands the minute he walks in from work just about puts me over the edge.Jenny-Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17911141028866225050noreply@blogger.com
